2. In the text box, please include the following details for your order:

- embroidery positioning

- colour and size desired

- your instagram handle (if applicable)

3. Once the form has been submitted, please send a photo of your design in a jpeg format to threads.of.lola@gmail.com

4. Once submitted, Lola will respond to your email with a quote and then you may proceed with completing your order

* Please take note that all payments for custom orders will be made by e-transfer or PayPal when confirming the order with Lola

** All customer orders may take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete
